Drawing Into the Moment: A Creative Retreat in Nature

“…Stand still. The forest knows
Where you are. You must let it find you.”
~ Excerpted from Lost, by David Wagoner

Sit quietly in the grass, and come back to the earth and your breath. What do you see? A bird, a blade of grass, a branch? What do your senses tell you? What does the wind say? How does the sun feel? Are you listening to it’s guidance?

You are invited to meet with me outdoors, drawing on the greatest inspiration of all.

This is my response to sheltering, finding safety, and fostering creative resilience. And I’m so excited and delighted to share it with you! Together, we will find refuge in the beauty of creation. We’ll discover the joy in artful expression. And follow a path to our inner nature.

Vernal Equinox Retreat to Find Balance and Guidance

This one-day outdoor journaling retreat will align you with the earth’s rhythms and will offer you sanctuary for a deep creative and spiritual quest. We will call on guidance and create a sense of belonging through nature-based ritual and inquiry.

Explore your creative process with a variety of expressive exercises designed to awaken your senses and foster a connection with your innate creativity and the beauty of nature.

shells, buildings, people, fish, mountains, trees.
Wood is alive.
Water is alive.
Everything has its own life.
Everything lives inside us….”
